2017 is a year of new opportunity and career adjustments. I will no longer travel to areas other than Southern Michigan, northern Ohio & Indiana. This business is in combination with my WP real estate sales & listings of farms & hunting lands here in SE Michigan.
The video on this pa ge is a few years old and I no longer provide the extensive detailed drawing done on my drafting table. However, you still get all my years of experience recommending food plots, bedding areas, screening, stand sites and all kinds of TSI, hinge cutting and habitat improvements to induce predictable deer movements and patterns.
Once I arrive, I like to do a short informational interview with you about your property and management goals. After that is completed then we can get out in the woods and see your property and get to work.
At the end of the day I will write a list of recommended improvements that I feel will fill your worst gaps and draw a nice sketch of your property showing the location of proposed food plots, bedding areas, travel corridors, social activity zones, etc. This will give you a list of priorities to work with right away.
You are also left with my CD filled with habitat improvement processes, many other beneficial diagrams and step by step how-to articles to help you along the way.

Due to the limited number of personal on-site visit availability, your property needs to be a minimum of 60 acres or more in size.
Ideally, you’ve owned and hunted the property for at least 2-3 seasons, your personal experiences and intel are valuable information that helps me identify gaps & develop a management plan to reach your goals and counter some of the disappointments you’ve encountered.
Your habitat management plan will be very detailed and may seem a bit overwhelming in the beginning, there will be a number of task required by you to accomplish during the off-season for several of the upcoming years. Your success depends directly on how much time & work you put into completing all the suggested improvements.
If you engage in a landowner and/or lease partnership, I encourage all those involved with a hunting interest to be there. My management plans will only succeed when everyone involved is on board and understands how important each improvement is.
